Product Description
This lovely carving set from Wusthof, makers of fine cutlery since 1814, includes an 8-inch carver and a 6-inch fork. Wusthof's Classic line offers a harmonious blend of precision cutting performance, integrity of materials, safety and comfort. The knife, hand-forged from high-carbon stainless steel, lets you make one wide, sweeping slice without having to carve your meat back and forth. The fork is designed to keep roasts, poultry and other generous cuts of food in place as you carve or serve. The tines make it easy to pierce a large ham or turkey and allow you to serve perfect slices, just like the professionals at restaurant buffets.
