The majority of our orders ship within 1-2 business days of receipt for in-stock items. Most orders are processed and shipped via UPS Ground. Depending on the size, weight and end destination, USPS Priority Post will also be used. Please confirm that the delivery address is able to receive packages via both of these methods. If not, please contact us immediately after the order has been placed and let us know. For all orders delivered to PO Boxes, USPS will be used. Please note, all orders must be shipped to confirmed residential addresses and/or businesses. We will not honor requests for merchandise shipped to third-party carrier services.

The only information collected regarding your purchase pertains solely to the immediate transaction and its fulfillment. On completion and fulfillment of the transaction, transaction data is erased, while delivery, recipient, and order content data is retained for delivery verification purposes only.

Sometimes it\'s just not what you expected. If that\'s the case, we\'re more than happy to take it back. All returns must include the original order number. This allows us to quickly match up your returned merchandise with your order when it arrives, drastically cutting down the time it takes to issue a refund to your credit card. Please note: all returns must be initiated within 30 days of receipt of merchandise.
** All returned merchandise must be in new and unused condition, packaged in its original, intact packaging, including all supplemental material, offers, rebates, UPCs, CDs, DVDs, manuals, and instructions. All returned products are evaluated thoroughly before a final decision is made. Original shipping charges for returned merchandise cannot be refunded. You may use whatever carrier you choose for returns, but we suggest for your protection that the service level is both trackable and properly insured.
