The Classic Ikon line features a double bolster for perfect balance, a sleek and sexy, curved handle that fits like a glove in the hand, a steeper angle in the edge for less resistance and a rounded knife spine for added comfort. The half-bolster at the transition between the blade and handle allows the entire length of the blade to be sharpened, while the full heel bolster adds weight and balances the knife perfectly in the hand.
